LOCAL BROWSER TOOL

Crop and Rotate Photos in Your Browser

Trim scanner borders or turn a photo the right way up. Edit locally, then export a separate copy.

Local editing only. Your photo is not uploaded. Keep your original; exports are new copies.

Three steps. No upload needed.

  1. Choose a JPG, PNG, or WebP photo. Your original stays unchanged.
  2. Drag a crop rectangle, or enter exact pixel coordinates. Rotate in 90° steps and check the result preview.
  3. Export a PNG or JPEG copy, then download it. You can stop here; AI enhancement is optional.

The local editor accepts still photos up to 20 MB, 12 megapixels, and 8,192 pixels per side. These are browser-editing limits, separate from AI processing limits. If a large photo cannot open, use a smaller working copy or close other tabs and try again. The tool does not save your photo in browser storage; if the tab closes or reloads, reopen it and select your original again.

Cropping changes framing and pixel dimensions, not image quality. This tool does not remove glare, correct perspective, repair scratches, or colorize photos. JPEG export uses lossy compression; PNG preserves transparency.

Prepare a useful working copy

Digitizing a print? Read the existing scanning guide. For AI enhancement, see blurry-face restoration or old family photos. Keep the original and compare any enhanced result carefully.

Local editing does not send your photo to our servers. If you choose AI enhancement, the existing upload, consent, account, and processing rules apply. See Privacy.
