Is a subscription required?
No. Try one free restoration every 30 days, buy a one-time pack, or choose a monthly plan. 1 photo = 1 restoration.
Can I buy another one-time pack later?
Yes. Buy another pack whenever you need more restorations. Each purchase adds its own allowance and expiry date.
Do one-time restorations expire?
Yes. Restorations from each new one-time pack are valid for 12 months from purchase. Monthly allowances expire at the end of their billing period and do not roll over. Existing purchases retain their original terms.
What happens if a restoration fails?
Failed restorations are not charged. A successful restoration uses one allowance. If a job is still processing, check its status before submitting it again.
Can I cancel a monthly plan anytime?
Yes. Cancel anytime using Manage subscription, or contact support for help. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep unused restorations until the end of the period already paid for.
